Stressed over what? Not term tests.... But I'm still trying to figure out what I'm stressed about.
Its a horrible feeling, not being able to know what I'm stressed about. But I have all the symptoms of stress. Insane snacking between meals, fatigue, and sleepiness, not wanting the company of friends. Hmm if anyone has any idea please tell me, I'm really lacking sleep here.
And that big pile of poo I saw on Sunday, that darn image of it still hasn't left my mind. Maybe I"m stressed because of that. A runaway cow in Hougang? Anything's possible.
Maybe I'm stressed because holidays are coming and I'm afraid I'll have nothing to do.
But then again, maybe I'm stressed out finding out what I'm stressed about...

i don't know if i'm right, but i guess, you are stressed unconsciously because of your family. you are always angry with your parents, because they don't give you much freedom and you can't really do what you want. you also have curfews and when they call you, you find it irritating, because you have to be home. and the naggings that they give. but it is written in the bible, to forgive the sinners, and to love your enemies like your neighbours and love your neighbours as yourself. i believe you've experienced God's love before. keep that love within you. forgive your parents and love them, no matter what they've done. =) also, you can call your friends for long chats, yea. it keeps you occupied also, you can talk about anything under the sun=D like, you can talk about games and nonsensical stuff, and laugh over it, it seems silly but it really helps destressing, and gives laughter. you can also talk about what silly things a person can do, comment about it with your friend, then get a good laugh, cuz i'm sure that'd be funny. hehs. cheer up kay, God is always with you, you can talk to Him when you feel lonely too!=) you should have consistent amount of sleep as well, if not you'll spoil your sleep. sleeping at different times, different amount of hours of sleep, if you don't get accustomed to a certain amount of time that you should sleep, you'd feel grouchy. because sometimes when you wake up, you'd feel that you don't have enough sleep and want more sleep but you can't. and you'd feel angr because of that. and for binging, it is okay to eat alright. if it helps relaxing or destressing or anything, just eat! but, do it in control. i guess, that's all! be happy alrights!=D oh and, always think positive~(ps sry to have written such a long paragraph, but, just saying, but, if it doesn't help, just ignore it kay.)
